Dr. Chris Broyhill is one of the industry’s most respected authorities on business aviation compensation. An industry veteran with over 40 years of experience, Dr. Broyhill has led several scientific research projects concerning personnel retention, compensation, and leadership on behalf of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) since 2017 and has published two books that feature the results of his work. His research and expertise on personnel retention and compensation have led to his engagement to perform analyses for hundreds of business aviation operators, including an OEM, two national aircraft management companies, and several Fortune 500 and high-net-worth-individual flight departments.
